Guest Experience
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guest whose behavior is disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive to the comfort of our team or other guests.
For your safety and proper care, please inform your technician prior to service if you have diabetes, onychomycosis, allergies, or are taking blood thinners.
Should you have a service-related concern, we are pleased to review and address it within 7 days of your original appointment. We kindly ask that you contact us in advance so we may assist you appropriately. Requests made after 7 days may be subject to additional charges.
As all services require time, preparation, and professional labor, we do not offer refunds. However, we are always happy to thoughtfully review concerns regarding the quality of your service and provide a reasonable resolution when appropriate.
For clarity and transparency, service pricing is listed on our menu. We kindly encourage all guests to confirm pricing with their technician prior to the start of service.
Salon Etiquette & Personal Belongings
Royal Jasmine Nails is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items, including gift cards. Guests are kindly asked to keep all belongings with them throughout their visit.
Any damage caused to salon furnishings, tools, or products may result in a replacement or repair fee.
To maintain a peaceful and welcoming environment for all guests, children must remain supervised at all times while in the salon.
To respect the privacy and comfort of our guests and team, photography and video recording inside the salon are not permitted without prior approval.
Appointments & Communication
We sincerely appreciate advance notice for appointment cancellations or schedule changes.
If you are unsure which service is best suited to your needs, our team or salon manager will be delighted to assist you with guidance and recommendations.
If your experience does not meet expectations, we kindly ask that you notify the salon manager before leaving the salon, or as soon as possible thereafter, so we may address your concerns with care and attention.
